12 Days of Christmas Jazz

This is a jazzed-up take on 12 Days of Christmas, the English cumulative carol first printed in the 1780 book Mirth Without Mischief and later set to its well-known melody by Frederic Austin in 1909. Here the counting song trades its traditional lilt for swinging rhythms and warm, big-band-style color.

Our Love to Sing choir keeps the words crisp and the tempo playful, so everyone can still tick off every gift while the arrangement adds a smart, toe-tapping shine. It's a lively pick for Christmas concerts, classroom performances and dancing along at home.
