Christ was Born on Christmas Day

Christ was Born on Christmas Day is an English carol translated by hymnwriter John Mason Neale in 1853 from a much older source — the medieval Latin carol Resonet in laudibus, which dates back to at least the fourteenth century and was known across Europe. Its bright, dancing melody has carried joyful Christmas praise for centuries.

Our Love to Sing choir keeps it clear and celebratory, so everyone can follow its ringing refrain with ease. It's a lovely choice for carol services, school nativities and Christmas concerts.
